Filament Extruder

A 3D print filament extruder from Artme-3D which uses recycled plastic shreds or pellets to extrude into 3D printable filament.

I have decided to make this filament extruder because I had to buy new filament often when prototyping and printing on the 3D printer. I found it strange that 3D printing which is this 'new' modern way of producing products is making use of a lot of new virgin plastics. Meanwhile everyone in the world is trying to avoid virgin plastics and recycle for the sake of the environment.

I still have to run some tests on mine and I'll post an update when I have the results.
